fullduplex.org Repurposing

I have been saying for a while that I would like to get back into serious blogging, but I haven’t taken the plunge. The main reason that I couldn’t get back into it is that I din’t have anything to blog about; all major, popular blogs have something they specialize in and write about Dan Simplebits writes about web dev, Jon Hicks posts about interesting technology and Jason Kottke has… his ramblings. Everyone has a purpose, and I needed something! Well now I have it.

My buddy Dan and I have been tryign to start a web dev company, DoneMedia, for a few months but we’ve been lazy about it. I’m not geared up to get this shizzy on the road, so what better place to talk about my experiences when starting a web development company than in a blog!

I expect to have the site redesigned in the upcoming weeks, and will “officially” (how official are blogs anyway?) launch the new fullduplex.org before the new year. I’d like to commit to daily postings, but with my schedule, that’s just unreasonable… but I will commit to an interesting blog, for those of you who are also interested in getting into the web dev world.

I guess we’ll see what happened in the future, but I just wanted to make a post to mark this milestone for fullduplex.org. Here we go!
